Heavy-Duty plastic Crusher

The plastic crusher uses a belt conveyor to continuously and quantitatively feed bottles, blocks, or rolled plastics into the crushing chamber. A medium-torque, high-speed motor drives a sealed heavy-duty rotor (diameter 350–1100 mm), which rotates the movable blades at an approximately 30° shearing angle. These work in conjunction with fixed blades mounted on the chamber wall to shred and shear high-strength, thick-walled materials.

The rotor and stator blades are made of cryogenically treated D2 alloy steel, with a blade gap of 0.2–0.6 mm, ensuring both sharpness and wear resistance. Once materials are cut to approximately 40–50 mm, they are propelled by centrifugal force toward a hydraulically quick-release screen with hole sizes of 8–25 mm (customizable). Undersized particles are recirculated for further cutting, while qualified flakes are discharged via an air conveying system. A cyclone separator can be added for cooling and dust removal.

The machine is equipped with safety features such as current monitoring, automatic overload reversal, and interlock emergency stop. The electrical cabinet meets CE/UL standards, and dust management complies with NFPA 652. The low-speed, high-torque design reduces impact stress and heat build-up, lowering both the risk of blade breakage and energy consumption by approximately 15–25%, ensuring stable, continuous operation.
