Located in Saudi Arabia, this project converts sand-contaminated blue & white bottles into high-quality fiber-grade PET flakes for local spinning enterprises.
Challenge: Sandy & Mixed Material
The raw material consists of blue and white bottles collected locally, heavily contaminated with desert sand, oil stains, and food residue.
- High Contamination: Bottles contain large amounts of mud and sand.
- Manual Sorting Required: Customer initially relies on manual labor to remove PVC and non-PET items before crushing.
- Strict Quality Standard: Final flakes must meet fiber-grade spinning requirements.

The Boxin Solution
We delivered a 32 tons/day continuous washing line featuring high-efficiency separation and hot washing technology.

Process Detail: Raw Material Condition
The incoming raw material is heavily contaminated. As seen in the image, the bottles are covered in desert sand and mud. This requires robust pre-washing and efficient manual or optical sorting before the crushing stage to protect blades and ensure final quality.
