• Material Type:

1. Identify "False Weight"
   When you buy 100 tons of bales, you might also be buying 20 tons of water and sand. Our calculator helps you strip away these distractions to reveal the true cost of the plastic.
2. Evaluate Equipment Efficiency
   Not all washing lines are created equal. Ordinary crushers remove dirt but also generate large amounts of plastic fines, causing valuable material to wash away. This tool visualizes the profit difference from equipment upgrades—typically, Boxin's high-precision solution can recover an extra 3%–5% capacity.

How is the Recycling Output Calculated?

Net Good Flakes is not simply "Input - Contamination." Our calculation model is based on the following industrial logic:

• Contamination Removal: Sand, metal, and non-target plastics (like PVC labels) must be 100% removed.
• By-Products Separation: For PET lines, caps and rings (PP/PE) are separated via sink-float tanks. While not PET flakes, they are saleable by-products (listed separately).
• Machine Loss (Fines Loss): This is the part most calculators ignore. During crushing and intense friction washing, some plastic becomes micron-sized powder and is lost.
  • Standard Equipment: Due to rough mechanical design, loss rates often reach 5% - 8%.
