Kazakhstan PET Bottle Washing Line — 15 Years of Continuous Operation

Customer Background

The client is based in Kazakhstan and is one of the earliest companies to enter the PET bottle recycling industry in the country. As early as 2009, the client purchased a complete PET bottle washing line from our company, Boxin Machinery.

To this day, the production line delivered 15 years ago continues to operate under high load, consistently producing RPET flakes that meet downstream requirements.

• Commissioning Date: Around 2009–2010

• Project Type: PET bottle washing line (pelletizing not included)

• Designed Capacity: Approximately 800–1500 kg/h

• Main Raw Material: Baled PET bottles (including mixed-color and a proportion of oil-contaminated bottles)

• Downstream Application: Fiber-grade material production (short fiber, filter media, woven strap)
