    Zig-zag Separator Process

     

     

    The Boxin Label Remover is a negative-pressure separation device specially designed to remove lightweight impurities from bottle flakes.

    Using the principle of separation based on the “weight-to-area ratio” with high-speed airflow, it precisely detaches light materials such as labels and dust from PET flakes and transports them to a collection chamber, effectively ensuring the quality of the washing line and recycled pellets.

    At the core of the label remover is a zig-zag airflow classification channel (Zig-zag separator):

    • Material enters the vertical separation chamber from the top.

    • Air is blown upward from the bottom, creating a continuous rising air column.

    • Lightweight materials (such as label paper, films, and dust) are lifted and carried away by the airflow.

    • Heavier materials (such as PET flakes and fragments) sink due to gravity and exit through the bottom outlet.
