Plastics with a density greater than water (such as PET, PS, and PVC) will sink to the bottom when processed in a rinsing tank, and are conveyed to the next stage by a screw conveyor.

Note:
It is important to remove as many impurities as possible from the sinking materials upstream in the process.

Suitable for separating low-density plastics such as PE/PP/HDPE woven bags, jumbo bags, and milk bottles.

Plastics with a density lower than water (e.g., PP, PE) are processed in a multi-claw sink-float separation tank, where they float on the surface and are discharged through the top outlet into the next recycling stage.

For materials that do not dissolve in water and contain pollutants requiring separate recovery, we offer an integrated rinsing + residue recovery solution.

In addition, a synchronized system combining an adjustable screw shaft pusher and a central washing unit enables simultaneous washing and discharge of sinking materials, preventing buildup or entanglement inside the tank.
