Range Of Application
PP / PE soft plastic film recycling systems are often used to process highly contaminated film and woven bag material. Often these materials contain large amounts of dirt, sand, metals, etc., which cannot be directly fed into the pelletizing system to make pellets.
boxin offers a one-stop solution for soft plastic recycling. Our newest recycling line adopts a new design of film drying and pelletizing to solve the problems of air bubbles, uneven pellets, and poor quality of pellets caused by the high water content of the finished film in the traditional dewatering machine and into the pelletizing system.
Plastic film squeezing and drying machine is integrated into the film washing line, the moisture content of the finished semi-plasticized pellets is less than 3%, you can directly connect the film washing line to the pelletizing system to make high quality pellets.
Feed the material into the crushing system
Film material belongs to the floating material and because of its friction in the process and easy to knot winding, we use the first crushing and shredding way to break up the material and then use high speed friction and low speed friction cleaner with different ratios of rotation, to ensure that the cleaning capacity at the same time make the film material in the cleaning process of the smoothness.
Utilizes the difference in specific gravity of water to precipitate and separate heavy residues such as sediments, metals and small stones. The use of multiple drums ensures decontamination capacity
Boxin's newly designed extrusion dryer uses the same high alloy screw as the pelletizing system, ensuring a long service life for the machine and dryness for semi-plasticized pellets.
· Suitable for all kinds of films and woven bags with a sediment content of up to 80%.
· Using circulating water to ensure the washing effect while controlling the water flow and evaporation.
· The core part of the pretreatment module adopts a wear-resistant design to ensure the continuous operation of the system for a long time.
· The pre-crushing and pre-washing system efficiently removes most of the impurities such as sediment, protects subsequent equipment, and greatly increases the service life of the crushing and washing system.
· The crushing system is designed specifically, the size of the crushed film is about 50-60mm and we using durable D-2 crusher blades.
· The high-speed centrifugal de-watering machine applies corresponding blade strikes to different materials at a suitable rotation speed to achieve the ideal washing effect.
· The PP PE film washing tank is designed for strong pressure underwater washing to remove residual impurities; the claw-type uniform speed discharge ensures uniform discharge while controlling the water content, providing a process basis for the dehydration module.
·The film drying technology of centrifugal dewatering, screw squeezing and high temperature hot air strictly controls the moisture content of the finished product within 5%, which is suitable for high-quality granulation requirements.
· The whole PP PE film washing line is automatically controlled, and the units of the system are associated with each other. It has a pre-judgment function for possible abnormal situations to ensure the safety of the system.
Corresponding granulation system can be equipped according to production requirements.
