· PP/PE Bottles Washing Line is Suitable for washing all kinds of plastic products with high toughness and thickness between 1-25 mm.
· Using circulating water to ensure the washing effect while controlling the water flow and evaporation.
· The crushing system adopts wear-resistant design to ensure that the system runs continuously for a long time.
· The high-speed centrifugal washing system applies corresponding blade strikes to different materials at a suitable rotation speed to achieve the ideal washing effect.
· The drum of the washing tank is designed for strong pressure underwater washing to remove residual impurities.
· The corresponding centrifugal dewatering and hot air drying system can be equipped according to the moisture content set by the production requirements.
· The complete HDPE Bottle Washing Line is automatically controlled, and the units of the system are associated with each other. It has a pre-judgment function for possible abnormal situations to ensure the safety of the system.
