Turn post-consumer baled PET bottles into High-Purity, Fiber Grade, Food-Grade ready Flakes. Impurity < 100ppm.

From de-baling to intensive hot washing and final zig-zag separation. A true turnkey solution.

Suitable for recyclers with a stable supply of single or dual-color feedstock (bales or loose bottles).

This series is the primary choice for most recyclers, meeting the established rPET demand from downstream filament and staple fiber producers. Additionally, the fiber-grade line is designed to be upgradable to Sheet or AAA grade in the future.

As bottle-to-bottle technology matures, the demand for food-grade PET flakes has surged. However, the minimum feedstock requirement for stable food-grade production is (MRF pre-sorted PET bales).

Featuring a parallel twin-screw structure and forced vacuum degassing, this system offers superior mixing performance. It is not only suitable for standard PET pelletizing but can also be equipped with auxiliary devices for material modification.
Industrial-grade machinery designed for European quality standards.
We customize the PET line based on your raw material status and target output grade:
Compared to standard PSF (fiber grade), producing bottle-to-bottle (food grade) flakes requires more intensive hot washing and optical (material/color) sorting modules, along with an SSP system to increase the IV (Intrinsic Viscosity). This is an extremely high fee.
Fully integrated auxiliary equipment—including whole-bottle optical sorting units, automatic chemical dosing systems for hot washing, PLC control panels, and automated weighing and bagging machines—can be incorporated into the recycling line to minimize labor costs. However, this will significantly increase the initial capital expenditure (CAPEX).
This factor determines both the initial procurement cost and the long-term durability of the production line. A mature PET bottle washing line typically consists of over a dozen components; if any single component requires maintenance, the entire production line will face downtime.
Boxin engineers resolve the biggest headaches in PET recycling: Stubborn Glue, PVC Labels, and Cap Separation.

Custom-designed rotor blades effectively peel off shrink sleeves and PVC labels before crushing, protecting the flakes from PVC contamination.

Maintaining 85-90°C water mixed with chemicals to thoroughly dissolve adhesives and stubborn organic residues.

Optimized tank length guarantees sufficient retention time, ensuring 100% separation of floating PP/PE caps from heavy PET flakes.

Final Zig-Zag air classification removes micro-dust, ensuring flakes meet the strict standards for Polyester Fiber or B2B pelletizing.

Challenge: Strict FDA food-grade requirements.
Solution: Double Hot Washer system ensuring zero glue residue.
Challenge: Sandy & Mixed Material
Solution: Automated Trommel and efficient mechanical label removal.
Minimum production capacity, suitable for regions with low labor costs (typically without hot washing; finished flake quality relies on manual sorting).
Suitable for processors with a stable supply of single or dual-color PET bottle bales, eliminating the need for costly optical sorting equipment.
Purchasing the wrong PET production line will result in finished products being rejected by offtakers. Please allow us to design the optimal layout for you::
Are the bottles baled or loose? Is there a contamination report provided by the MRF? Are the bales single-color or multi-color?
What is your input capacity per hour, for example: 2000kg/h? Are you selling flakes for PSF (Polyester Staple Fiber) or food-grade packaging?
We will send a customized CAD layout and exact quotation based on your specific requirements.
