The chemical fiber-grade PET bottle recycling and washing production line is to meet the production needs of mid-range polyester staple manufacturers. The cleaned raw materials can be directly used for the production of polyester staple fibers.
The stripper is mainly used to peel off the label paper on the surface of the PET bottle, especially the PVC or PS label applied to the PET bottle. Through the cooperation of the movable knife and the fixed knife, the label on the bottle body is peeled off together, and the difference between wind and gravity is used to completely separate the bottle body and the label, preserve the integrity of the bottle and the bottleneck, and reduce the loss of high-quality bottle top materials.
The crushing system adopts wear-resistant design to ensure the continuous operation of the system for a long time.

The high-speed centrifugal washing system applies corresponding blade strikes to different materials at a suitable rotation speed to achieve the ideal washing effect.
The drum of the washing tank is designed for strong pressure underwater washing to remove residual impurities.
The corresponding centrifugal dehydration and hot air drying system can be equipped according to the moisture content set by the production requirements.
The whole line is automatically controlled, and the units of the system are associated with each other. It has a predictive function for possible abnormal situations to ensure the safety of the system.
