Product Features
· Circulating water is used to ensure the washing effect while controlling the water flow and evaporation.
· The crushing system adopts wear-resistant design to ensure the continuous operation of the system for a long time.
· The high-speed cutting system applies the corresponding cutting impact force to different materials at a suitable rotation speed to achieve the ideal cutting effect.
· The floating washing tank is designed for high-pressure underwater washing to remove potential impurities.
· The corresponding extraction and hot air drying system can be allocated according to the moisture content set by the production requirements.
· After theoretical calculations and multiple actual measurements, the mechanical auxiliary details of crushing, washing, and drying are adjusted, so as to cause material consumption due to processing.
· The HDPE Drums Bucket Oil Washing and Recycling line is automatically controlled, and the links between the units of the system have a pre-judgment function for possible abnormal situations to ensure the safety of the system.
