Production Environment of BOXIN Machinery New Product—PET Recycling Washing Line

Recently, Zhangjiagang BOXIN Machinery Manufacturer Company is producing a new PET recycling washing line. Plastic products can be seen everywhere in our life, but it is easy to cause environmental pollution if not treated well. Therefore, to keep the pace with the Times, an increasing number of businesses began to enter the ranks of plastic recycling washing, so does our company.

So what’s the production environment like?

The workers are installing the crusher. Every step needs to be taken with care.

Typically, completed equipment is displayed in order at the display area on the right. For example, the PET recycling washing line we’ve been working on recently, is displayed in this order: Baler Opener, Trommel Machine, Label Remover Machine, Manual Sorting Platform, Crusher, Hot Washer, Floating Washing Tank and Bagging System.

Typically, work areas are also divided into work spaces for different equipment, which can not only improve production efficiency, but also make it easier for workers to move equipment.
