Total electrical needed: about 280kw(actual consumption:(70%-80%)

Size:80м*6м*5м, the height of factory must be over 6M, production line can be placed in a line or an angle (Need to provide plant lay out drawing.)

Water needed: about 8-10t/h. Equip with water treatment if needed.

Loading and shipping.

Pre-washer machine: Pre washing the plastic bottles before crusher.

Our hot washer machine also can move out the some release bottle labels and caps here. It is very useful.

Sedimentation tank also name cold washer, It is higher than other companies, this design will make plastic flakes to have enough time to stage here , then wash with water.

Inside of cold washer(Sedimentation tank). Normally 5 rollers here. The labels and caps will take out here too.
