1.De-baled machine

2.Labor remover process
The PET bottle labor remover machine is a device specially designed and produced for stripping various types of PET whole bottles (or flattened bottles) from the outer packaging label paper device off.
3.Sorting process
Sorting is to separate out the miscellaneous bottles, miscellaneous-colored bottles, trademark paper, and other impurities that are not PET in the raw materials. 4.Crushing process

5.Floating washer process
The floating washer process is mainly to separate bottle pieces, labels and bottle pieces through different densities.
6.Hot washer process
The hot washer is mainly used for heating, because the oily bottle is not easy to wash. It must be heated and added with chemicals to wash it.
7.De-watering process
PET bottle flakes usually use a High speed De-watering machine to reduce the water content of the flakes to 1%, and then go through pipeline drying to reduce the water content to 0.7%.
