Function: Separate Labels from bottles .

Labeling rate of compressed bottle: 95%

Labeling rate of round bottle: 98%

Manual sorting table with metal detector

Function: Manual sorting of differemt materials, colorful bottles by hand.

Manually select material impurities, detect metals and send signals to the control panel. The number of meters can be setted, and when the metal reaches the end of the manual sorting table, it will automatically turn over and take it out.

Crusher

Function: Crushed plastic bottles to suitable size.

Blades material: D2

Crusher Screen size can be designed according the customers final flakes .

Floating washing tank

Function: separate labels, bottle caps from bottle flakes

De-watering machine

Function: Remove moisture.

Hot washer

Function: add chemical/Soda using hot wash to remove oil, impurities and labels.
